Introducing my new art series called  the Weight Of Freedoms," by Karen Cahill

As an American artist and witness to history, I feel the slow erosion of the freedoms that once defined this wonderful country - freedoms forged in ink, protest and sacrifice.

This series, The Weight Of Freedoms, is a call to remembrance.

Each painting in the collection embodies a foundational principle, Liberty, Free Speech, Justice, Truth, Artistic Expression, Scientific Research, Climate Change Exploration. 

I do not aim to preach, but to hold space for reflection. Through classical techniques and symbolic imagery, I invite the viewer to pause, remember, and feel the weight of what is being lost... and what might still be saved.
